EYEWEAR FASHION SHOW A SUCCESS!
Thanks to John Bernheisel at Optylux, the office was transformed into a designer showcase on May 6, 2009. John brought his entire line of Flair, Ete, Bellagio, Kashiyama, and Vanni frames. They were spread out over two tables and all the counter space we could find. Several patients took advantage of the huge selection and purchased glasses with a 20 % discount. Cookies and lemonade were available. With each purchase, there was a free gift of lens cleaner and a cleaning cloth. Chelle Bell, ABOC of Precision Optical and Vicki Sobotka, ABOC of Essilor lended their expertise in frame selection, lens selection, and measurements. At the end of the day we held a raffle. Precision Optical Products donated gifts and their winners were Cathy Wingenbach, who won a Best Buy certificate, Sherry Freisinger, who won a Chili’s certificate, and Pam McMahon, who won a certificate for free Drivewear lenses. Maya Whaley won a free frame donated by Optylux. It was a record day for the office. Mercedes, Anna, and Dr. Riggs thank everyone who participated.
