Kelsey, a member of the Family Eyecare Center team since February 2021, has been a patient of Dr. Riggs since 2010. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and graduated from Sage Creek High School and was a league champ in the 440 on the track team. Away from the office, you can find her at most Charger games.
